Kim has served on BridgeWay’s staff as the Administrative Manager since April of 2007. She is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all activities within the office as well as the human resources function for the church and the coordination of special projects for our pastoral staff.
Prior to joining BridgeWay’s staff, Kim worked for St. Francis Hospital and Health Center for 10 years, serving first as Human Resources Manager and then as the Director of Executive Operations. She grew up in Indianapolis, and graduated from Indiana University with both a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Masters in Health Administration.
Kim and her husband Scott were married in 1987, and have been attending BridgeWay since 2002. They have two children – Sarah, a freshman at Indiana University, and Mark, a freshman at Bishop Chatard High School. Kim enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family – particularly if a beach is involved!
