The Vision: Within BridgeWay's first two years, our leaders made the critical commitment to multiply churches as a means of building God's Kingdom. Rather than becoming the next mega-church, our "Big Idea" is to plant 40 churches that reach 40,000 people in the next 20 years.
The Value: Jesus' words in Luke 12:48 fuel our vision: "To whom much is given, much will be required." Throughout our history, God has given BridgeWay much and so we are required to give much to the churches we plant.
Credibility: We give church plants the credibility of an established church here in our community, so you are more than just a sign in front of a school.
Coaching: We give church plants the coaching that keeps you from repeating our previous mistakes, so you are freed up to make your own new mistakes.
Critical Mass: We give church plants the critical mass needed to launch you into orbit, so you can focus on changing lives not setting up chairs.
