The Shepherding Team at BridgeWay Community Church functions to provide support and encouragement to the one who is trying to find their way through this life. Our desire is for God to use this team of "Under shepherds" to help take care of His people. They are not professional counselors, but are trained to walk along side the one in need. Our shepherds are not people that know all the answers; rather are people that are learning to act like Christ, practice disciplines to become more like Christ, and know that prayer is an essential tool.
