Toddlers (2 and 3 year olds)

Welcome to BridgeKids Toddlers

"Jesus loves me, this I know, for the Bible tells me so!"  These words reflect the environment in our Toddler classroom.  Two and three year olds need to know that they are noticed, protected and loved.  The Toddler team uses simple songs and Bible stories to help each child connect with the God who notices, protects and loves them.  We cherish these young ones and provide a safe and joy-filled classroom experience.

What To Expect

On your first visit at the Toddler class, you will be asked to fill out a Visitor Information Card that helps us get to know your child and their needs.  A loving caregiver will warmly receive your child and assist them in getting acquainted to their new environment.

What to Bring

If your child is not yet potty-trained or is in the midst of training, please pack a diaper bag with the following supplies:

  • A disposable diaper (no cloth diapers, please).
  • A complete change of clothes.
  • A pacifier, if needed.

Please label all personal items with your child's first and last name.  Sharpie markers and labels are available at the entrance to the Toddler classroom.

Snack Time

We do have snack time in the Toddlers.  Snack choices are limited to animal crackers and goldfish crackers.  If you child has an allergy or special dietary needs, for their health and safety, we ask that you bring a snack for them when they come to class.

If Your Child Needs You:

When you drop off your child at the Toddlers, you will receive a numbered security tag which matches the one we place on your child.  If your child needs you during the service, that number will be displayed on a digital pager display board in the Auditorium.  If your number is paged, please come to the Toddler classroom.

Graduating to the Preschool Class

Your child will move up to the Preschool Class when they turn four years of age and are potty-trained.
