Welcome to the K-1 Classroom
As your child learns the joy of reading, we are excited to help them discover some of the most important stories and truths ever written...those found in the Bible! Throughout the course of one year, your K-1 student will get a chronological overview of age-appropriate stories and concepts from the Old and New Testaments. The Bible is one story, God's story, and we want kids to see how it all relates. Each week your youngster will delve into a new aspect of God's Word and then participate in activities and music. It is our desire to help your child learn the Bible and begin to discover how to read it themselves. Children also find out how to apply the Bible truth they've learned each week to their lives so that they can better follow Christ.
What to Expect
On your first visit to the K-1 class, you will be asked to fill out a Visitor Information Card that allows us to know your child and their needs. You will be greeted by a K-1 team member who will help check your child in to class.
Toys and games are offered at the beginning of class so that every child can walk into an environment they know, understand and enjoy. The morning then proceeds with a time of age-appropriate worship and Bible teaching. It's a joy to share the love and truth of God with these eager learners!
Graduating to BridgeKids Live!
Your child will stay in the K-1 class until they complete First Grade. Children will enter BridgeKids Live! when they become second graders.
