An Environment for Life-Change

BridgeWay's mission is Life-Change because through the power of Jesus Christ we've created an environment where Life-Change can happen!

  • BridgeWay is a SAFE PLACE where people can process their spirituality together with other people who are looking to do the same thing. You can bring all your questions and lay them on the table here…there’s nothing you can’t ask about! This is a safe place where you can come as you are, and know you’ll be challenged to become someone better!
  • BridgeWay is an AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY where people are expected to be themselves and live transparently with other people…speaking into each others lives and helping each other become more like Christ designed us to be from the very beginning. This is a place where people who experience loneliness and periods of isolation can come and get involved with others who are going through very similar things.
  • BridgeWay is an ENCOURAGING FAMILY…and just like any other family, we’ve got our dysfunctional “issues”, but we’re dedicated to working through them together through the power of Jesus Christ. As a family, we promise to speak the truth to one another in love…we promise to keep short accounts and work through things together…we also promise to constantly be on the lookout for others that we can invite to become part of our family!

I see BridgeWay as the kind of church where anyone who walks through our doors feels welcome and excited to get involved with what God’s doing here! I love this place!

Six years ago when Melody and I and the boys moved to Fishers from Sacramento, CA to work as a Pastor at BridgeWay we were coming from a very difficult church experience where we were wounded deeply…And BridgeWay has been a huge source of healing for us. I mean we were seriously considering getting out of the ministry altogether…and then Jesus led us here and we have been so blessed by being part of this family that we want to turn around and bless others whom God leads our way.

I want people from our community to be able to walk in our doors and experience the same kind of LIFE-CHANGE we’re experiencing ourselves.
